Since our last newsletter in March we have tripled our traffic-handling capacity and
spent over $60,000 in new towers, equipment, and dataline upgrades. This is to keep
our commitment to be the most reliable and consistent Internet provider in the area.
![]() System Usage
In September we increased our bandwidth quota for each customer from 30 GB
per month to 40 GB. We will continue to increase
the quota as we move more people to newer equipment to maintain a more
consistent speed for all customers. We also reduced our overage charge from $1.75 to $1.50 per GB, and our
pre-buy rate is reduced from $1.50 to $1.00 per GB.
![]() Expanded Coverage
We added an additional tower this summer and added 10 additional Access Points
on our existing towers to migrate customers to newer, faster equipment.
This will also allow older Access Points to perform more consistently
and better handle the increased usage we continue to see
on all our equipment.
![]() VOIP - Internet Phone
We now offer VOIP (Voice
over Internet Protocol) service. This can
replace your current landline telephone. You can either get a new local
number with this service, or you can choose to use your current phone number
in most areas. You can get unlimited calling for both
local and long distance for $24.95/month. For more

menu and VOIP Service. This VOIP service provides some great features like sending your
voicemail to your email, forwarding to your cell phone, and an online portal to
change settings such as call waiting, email, forwarding, and other functions.
![]() Current Email Address We send out invoices, system notifications, newletters, referral credits, free-month notifications and most other types of communication with you via email. Before you call about a problem, there are a few simple steps you can try to get your connection working again:
![]() Keeping Your Connection at Top Speed
We have added a lot of customers since the last
newsletter, so I want to stress the need to run spyware
removal programs. We recommend MalwareBytes be run
at least once a month to keep your connection at top
speed. Be sure to have it download the updates each time
before you run the scan. If you don't want to have to remember to run this scan,
you can purchase the licensed version which runs automatically.
You can purchase it for a one time fee of $24.95 by using the 'Buy Now' button near the bottom of the main screen. Links to the software packages mentioned above can be found at our website under the Help & Support - Software Links option. This is typically the simplest way to upgrade to the latest versions of these software packages. ![]() Customer Appreciation We
