Using the Spam Filter Server
|
|
If a message gets held up in the Spam server due to a high score on spam, the message can be both released and the sender can be whitelisted to prevent further holdups.
Releasing a Message
1. Log into the Spam server from the link on the left side of the Fast-Air website.
2. Find the message in the listing that comes up when you log in. (if you are unable to find the message in the current 50 messages listed, you can click on Reports and then Message Listing to look through older messages)
3. Once you find the message, click on the Magnifier at the left of the message. This will bring up the details of the message.
4. Click the 'Release this message' link on the Message Actions line. The message should then come through to your email.
